"Let That Be Your Last Battlefield" is one of the films in the case; it's season 3 ep 15 of ToS. This is the appeal ruling from the 1972 lawsuit against Thunderbird. I'm not sure how to use it to track down the original, and it's not referring to the one where Dunnahoo won; I was just hoping that finding that one would help track down the other.
