Well not entirely… Does not explain why they decided to also claim that Katherine is not the author of her fan works. since abuse does not pass on the wording of the original complaint, I cannot tell if this was something that abuse came up with on their own or if this was part of the original complaint or whether there were in fact multiple complaints. In any event something is broken. To issue a strike against an author for based on a claim that they are stealing someone else's fan works without even attempting to contact the author may be the new norm. I would've expected something along the lines of "there has been a claim that you are uploading other people's fan works without their permission's . Please respond within X days or else will file a strike against you and remove the
work."
