Right.In fact the Starsky & Hutch Archive is facing the same problem with a zine that is impossible to recreate as HTML. A PDF preserves its unique formatting. When Connie gave permission for Scales of Justice to be posted, my first thought was to help her set up her account and host it at the AO3 as a linked PDF. The Starsky & Hutch Archive is the only one who wanted to tackle converting it...and they have stalled.
