I know AO3 has been overrun with original fic that is being sold and fan writers and pro writers linking back to their for sale writing sites. So it may be someone who saw it = commercial fic. But all they had to do is email her and say: we believe this is not a fanwork. Instead the fic was found to be non-fanwork, the notice sent and the fic deleted 10 minutes later.

Same with the claim that Katharine did not have permission to upload her own fic. It seems one false claim and she now has a permanent strike. Does this mean that if someone makes another false claim they will delete her work automatically?

I am working on getting the version with art ready so that if they ever do agree to allow Angel in the Dark back on AO3 she can upload it again. I had scanned the zine for her back in 2012 and at the time we removed the artwork because we had not yet asked Suzanne for permission. Now that we have it, I'll create a new version. So in the end, this may be a plus for the teeny remnants of Pros fans who still love their work.
