Daily Random Zine Post #3
Dec. 30th, 2013 02:19 pmFandom could have used more Buffy fanzines. According to Fanlore: "Whoever Rules Rome was published in 1999, is 79 pages long and is a digest-sized fanzine. It is a crossover novel written by K. Nickell with Xena, Buffy, Sailor Moon, Beauty and the Beast, Real Ghostbusters, Night Court and possibly others.

I'd love to know more about the zine. Like "does it really crossover all those fandoms" and "who is the cover artist?"

I was into the anarchist punk ones, and until I saw your posts I never thought too much about why they were sometimes called "fanzines". I mean, some were fannish about bands, but I didn't read many of those. Anyway, thanks for these, it's fun reading!
