2. Click on 14-28
3. Comment "I want internet service providers classified as common carriers."
4. Hit Confirm on the next page
5. Done

Well, that was interesting -- did as outlined above, got sent to the "Confirm" page, and when I clicked "Confirm", got sent to a page with the following message:

Could not roll back Hibernate transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.TransactionException: JDBC rollback failed

So I have no idea if my comment was logged or not. Hmph.

We may have broken the FCC. Or rather broke it even more considering what they are proposing.

Thanks -- it took a few more tries, and another really, uh, interesting error message ("could not insert: [gov.fcc.ecfs.beans.Document]" -- do I want to know what that server is? No, no, I do not.) but I finally succeeded.

Thank you for the direction. Now the internet knows my address, but the FCC knows my feelings, which is may be more important.
