Oh the woes of falling in love with Danish TV

We're watching Dicte on Netflix and they only have season 1. Now normally, there are...ways....of getting season 2 but finding subtitled versions that are hard coded and can be played on the TV is tricky.* I've been told it is playing in Canada on Netflix but of course since that cannot be streamed to the TIVO/TV...well we must carry on. We still have this week's iZombie to watch and to check out Sens8.

*actually we have found eps 1-7 so far.

Haven't heard of Dicte, but hey, Lars Brygmann from Rejseholdet (which we watched most of during our Memorial Day weekend get-together) is in it. May have to track that down, too.

Dicte is a bit of a soap opera, and the lead is always making emotionally driven choices. But I like the fact that she's a reporter and not an action hero. There are a lot of eps about parenting and motherhood so it is not your typical crime drama
