Anyone Going To Conventions In 2017

 If anyone is going to fandom conventions and wants to help promote Fanlore, I have two flyers from 2011 that were approved by the Wiki Committee to hand out.

I also have flyers for other projects - Fanzine Preservation (multiple universities), the Sandy Hereld Digitized Fanzine Archives at TAMU, the Media Fandom Oral history project, the online zine about vidding, Videlicit etc. PM me or email me at morgandawn @ gmail.com and I can email you the flyers.

Hey! Boy am I behind on my FLIST! I've spent the last week re-uping my art lost to F-ing Photobucket to DW and AO3.

Anyway, just a small heads up that I made a tiny spelling change to the Sandy Hereld Memorial Digitized Media Fanzine Collection page on Fanlore: “Where’s the party? WHEREVER SNADY IS RIGHT NOW” corrected to “Where’s the party? WHEREVER SANDY IS RIGHT NOW.”

Why are simple typos so often in the most embarrassing places?

LOL. I'll have to fix that. It is an inside joke - she always spelled her name wrong so people started using it that way. I love that you're working on Fanlore though. So sorry to hear about Photobucket. What a nightmare.

Nightmare indeed. At least DW is allowing images on their server now, up to a limit and unsharable elsewhere. AO3 images, though, could still go kaput again in the future since apparently no external site is safe forever.
