M.D. posting. Thank you for your suggestions. Right now I am trying to channel my energy into converting the novel from PDF into HTML and getting the artwork prepared for embedding. I'm not sure I have time to chase after the OTW especially when they're making it difficult by not having a clear escalation path. But I'll revisit this after I have the story reposted.
