3. FOUND:  Discovered on a Rooftop Sheilah Willis!  Artist signature on the left looks like "W" or "N" "alis" 1985

WAP B is William Andrew Philip Bodie. Could it be KOZ? She/he used a triangle for their signature...

When I look at 3 I see Willis. There appears to be two small dots indicating 'i's. Who knows? The only fan artist I could find was Sheila Willis.

I found it!! It is is the zine Discovered on a Rooftop and it is Sheilah! Great eye!

# 4 may be Karen Eaton (see fanlore). She used wapbodie as a pseud, but she usually did cartoons - this is definitely not her style. Is this post viewable to the public? I know some Pros fans who could probably ID these in a snap.
