Thank you! I am text-banking (Resistance Labs and Indivisible), which I find easy to do one-handed while resting my bad arm. I'm not as impressive as my parents, though -- they are super-texters. My father was the top texter in the US for two weeks running this month!

About to do that. I'm Canadian, but many American friends I worry for. Signal-boosting this, I can do.

I'll just add that there is a huge need for volunteer interpretation and translation for immigrants and refugees. Especially if you speak Tagalog, Haitian Creole, or any of the indigenous languages of South America, it's worth considering reaching out to immigrant and asylum groups.

In addition, immigration groups are likely in need of clerical support in the coming days as filing fees are increasing significantly in early October, so there will likely be a lot of people trying to apply before then.

Thanks for the link to Resistance Labs; I'd filled out MoveOn's volunteer form for textbanking but never heard back, and time's a-wasting.

Thank you for posting this. I am writing letters to voters with the Indivisible group, and my friend J signed up for postcards to voters. We figure we can zoom chat with each other while we write, and both of us will feel like we are doing something.
