you may need to email the zine publishers to get updated zine lists and payment methods. Some zine publishers are cautious about web visibility and even those who are not, many don't run full scale ''professional style" websites that are constantly updated. However, most will take PayPal for new zines. I suggest you join the Zinelist mailing list - that's where the new zine announcements are made. A lot of the active zine publishers are on the mailing list so you can ask questions directly and get up to date info. Reading the back discussions on Zinelist may also give you a good sense of reliability/ease of ordering. This is also where fans sell their used zines.
